Gordon's opened in Yelm in 1966 as a food market .

Over the years, the focus changed from groceries to garden products and, as the customers' interest grew, so did Gordon's Garden Center.

We have evolved and expanded to offer one of the largest selections of perennials and general nursery stock in the Puget Sound area. Fruit trees, flowering and shade trees, rhododendrons and azaleas are of the finest quality available. We carry thousands of roses for all types of gardens, formal and informal. Evergreen and deciduous shrubs come in all sizes to accommodate individual garden needs. An extensive selection of perennials, bedding plants, hanging baskets and bulbs have kept customers coming back year after year to enhance their landscapes. We also carry vegetable plants, garden and flower seeds, soil additives, tools and practically everything else to make any garden beautiful and productive. The Patio Shop offers fine accessories for the home and garden, and gifts for any occasion.
